General Manager
Nicole has been with TRC Sales since 2006. Nicole is currently our General Manager, coordinating efforts of territory managers, training, marketing and customer service. Nicole's goal is to maximize sales for our manufacturers and ensure open lines of communication. Nicole started with TRC Sales as a sales representative covering West Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego County. Nicole also coordinates our Training Center programs during training season. Nicole greatly enjoys assisting her customers in all things HVAC. Nicole graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a BA in Psychology and Social Behavior and a minor in Management.
Nicole recently discovered the great sport of hockey, and enjoys watching fights break out during the game. Go Kings! Also, if you know of a great eatery, make sure to let Nicole know, because she loves trying new cuisines from all over the globe.
Sales V.P.
Mitch has been with TRC Sales since 2000, as a sales representative covering part of Southern California (San Gabriel Valley, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County) and Las Vegas. Mitch is a Certified air Filtration Specialist (CAFS) through the National Air Filtration Association (NAFA).
Mitch has over 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry. After spending 4 years in the USMC he left with an honorable discharge. Mitch worked at Robertshaw controls for 15 years where he started in the warehouse, then customer service/inside sales, then outside sales and was salesman of the year in 1993, then product manager for ignition products & systems.
Mitch was born in and still lives in Corona, Ca (a.k.a., the King of Corona). He has been married to Karen for over 30 years and has 2 children; Garrett and Megan.
Mitch loves Dodger baseball, trout fishing, surfing & selling air conditioning equipment and supplies.
Arizona and Southern Nevada Territory Manager
Nick has been with TRC Sales since 2013. Nick is the territory manager for the state of Arizona and Las Vegas area. Nick appreciates being in a place where he fits in wearing his cowboy hat and boots. Nick is a graduate from the University of Hawaii and started out with TRC Sales in Hawaii and Guam. When Nick came back to the mainland; he was the territory manager for the Valley, Bakersfield and Central Coast. Nick's success growing the business in Hawaii and So. Cal. made him a natural choice for Arizona. Nick is an additional resource to support the Hawaii territory manager and wholesalers. Nick's interests are very diverse and range from golf to surfing (when assisting with Hawaii territory), to rodeo.
Northern California and Northern Nevada Territory Manager
Mike has been with TRC Sales since 2005, as a sales representative covering Northern California and Northern Nevada. Michael attends numerous trade shows and participates in training courses to educate contractors. Mike specializes in Fujitsu Mini Splits and is primary trainer for JII product line.
Michael resides in San Jose, California. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, watching baseball, helping with his kids' Little League teams, playing softball, camping on the beach, cooking, and riding his dirt bike. Michael also likes to research and explore the newest technological devices.
Hawaiian Islands and Guam
Jan Ventura, Earth and Air LLC, aligned with TRC Sales as the Hawaii territory Sub-Rep in 2019. Jan's background includes working for a wholesaler and a design build contractor. Jan joins us with knowledge and experience with our manufacturers' product lines. Jan is a native of Hawaii and brings the "Aloha spirit" to the TRC Sales team.
Central California
Roger Campbell, Campbell Components, aligned with TRC Sales in 2018 as Sub-Rep for of the Central California/Coast Region.
Roger comes to us with over 35 years of experience in the HVAC/R industry. We are confident his years of knowledge from working in distribution, direct factory sales and as a manufacturer’s representative, is going to carry through to assist you and your customers in selling and supporting TRC Sales' great product line-up!
Outside of work, if anything can top being a grandfather, Roger’s outside interests revolve around sports, especially on the golf course.
Customer Service
Wayne has been with TRC Sales since 2002, as inside sales support for California, Arizona, Nevada, Hawaii and Guam. He has been in the HVAC industry since 2001. Wayne graduated from Mt SAC College with a degree in Accounting. He started his career in the paint industry and gained 23 years of experience in customer service and administration. Wayne is very proficient at sizing and quoting S & P fans.
Wayne enjoys being a helpful person and customer service gives him that chance on a daily basis. Wayne has 2 children, 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Wayne is an avid bowler and travels for tournaments. He also is a member of his church choir and participates in fundraisers for the needy of the community.
